FWD: comp.specification.larch exists!

Thanks to Gary Feldman for his groundwork on this, and to all who voted for
it.  At my site, there aren't any messages yet, but I'm sure that will
change.  Some traffic is showing up on comp.specification.misc, but there
is still residual traffic on comp.specification.

Sorry for the late notice, but I was out of the country when this happened.
