New Larch interest distribution list

If you receive this message directly, you are now a member of the 
distribution list

    larch-interest@src.dec.com
    larch-interest@pa.dec.com

The first form is preferred, but messages mailed with either address 
will be forwarded to everybody on the list (currently 55 people).

Requests to be added or dropped should NOT be sent to this list, 
but to the smaller

    larch-interest-request@src.dec.com    
    larch-interest-request@pa.dec.com

list.

For now, there are no restrictions on who can mail to the list.  
You're on the honor system.  If this doesn't work, we might have 
to have a moderator, but I hope not.  If you are in doubt about whether 
a message should be sent to the whole list, check with larch-interest-request 
first.
