What's New?

• At Mobicom 2008, we will present a Tutorial on Wireless Network Coding . It will introduce the basics of the theory and how it applies to the wireless environment and discuss potential extensions.

Research Interests

My primary research goal is to build new protocols and architectures that improve the robustness and performance of computer networks. I work on wireless networks, network security, traffic engineering, congestion control, and routing. I draw on advanced mathematical models to deliver practical network solutions, and have a particular interest in adapting tools from various fields of applied mathematics such as control theory, coding theory, and AI to solve problems in computer networks.
